Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Icodrip, a product operated by Icodrip ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Icodrip.

Service Description

Icodrip provides affiliate program management software including click tracking, conversion attribution, affiliate management, commission calculation, and payout processing. We offer both a web-based dashboard and API access for integrating with your existing systems.

Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
• One organization per account is permitted. Multiple team members may be invited to a single organization.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Icodrip.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Icodrip to:

• Engage in any illegal activities or promote illegal products or services
• Conduct fraudulent activities, including click fraud or fake conversions
• Violate the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to overload our infrastructure
• Share, publish, or expose your API keys to unauthorized parties

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days written notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion. The free plan carries no payment obligations. If payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free plan after a 7-day grace period.

Intellectual Property

Icodrip and all associated branding, code, and documentation are owned by us. You retain full ownership of your data, including affiliate information, click data, and conversion records. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving Icodrip.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of Icodrip after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
