Brand your affiliate portal with custom logos, colors, and text to match your company identity.
The affiliate portal is the primary interface your affiliates interact with. It is where they view their performance metrics, grab tracking links, check their earnings, and manage their payout settings. A branded portal builds trust and reinforces your professional image.
Icodrip lets you customize the portal's visual appearance without writing any code. You can change the logo, brand colors, heading text, and footer content through a simple settings interface. Changes are reflected immediately in the portal.
All customization options are available on every plan. There are no premium-only branding features. Whether you are on the Free plan or the Agency plan, your affiliates get the same polished, customizable experience.
Upload your company logo in the portal settings. Supported formats are PNG, JPG, and SVG. The logo appears in the portal header and in email notifications sent to affiliates. We recommend a logo that is at least 200px wide with a transparent background for best results.
Set your primary brand color to match your company's visual identity. This color is used for buttons, active navigation states, and accent elements throughout the portal. Icodrip automatically generates accessible contrast colors for text on colored backgrounds.
You can also set a secondary color and a custom background tint. The portal's dark mode is generated automatically from your brand colors. Preview your changes in real-time before publishing them.
Customize the welcome message that affiliates see when they log into the portal. This is a great place to include program highlights, current promotions, or motivational messaging. The welcome message supports basic formatting including bold, italic, and links.
Edit the portal's page titles and descriptions. For example, change "Your Earnings" to "Commission Dashboard" or rename "Tracking Links" to "Promo Links." These labels are purely cosmetic and do not affect functionality.
You can also add custom content blocks to the portal sidebar. Use these for announcements, resource links, or contact information. For example, add a "Need Help?" block with your support email and a link to your affiliate FAQ.
Before publishing changes, use the preview mode to see exactly how the portal will look to your affiliates. Click "Preview" in the customization settings to open a live preview in a new tab. The preview uses your saved changes but does not affect the live portal.
Test the preview on different screen sizes. The portal is fully responsive, but your logo and custom text should look good on both desktop and mobile. Check that your brand colors provide sufficient contrast for readability.
If you are not satisfied with the preview, go back and adjust your settings. Changes are saved as a draft until you explicitly publish them. You can discard all draft changes and revert to the currently published version at any time.
When you are happy with the preview, click "Publish" to push your changes to the live portal. Updates are applied instantly — affiliates will see the new branding the next time they load the portal page.
Icodrip keeps a version history of your portal customizations. You can roll back to any previous version if you make a change you are not happy with. The history shows a timestamp and a summary of what changed in each version.
After publishing, we recommend sending a quick notification to your affiliates about the updated portal. While the changes are cosmetic, affiliates appreciate knowing that you are actively maintaining and improving their experience.
