Remove all Icodrip branding and create a fully white-labeled affiliate experience.
White-labeling goes beyond simple customization. It removes all references to Icodrip from the affiliate experience, making the portal appear as a native part of your product. Your affiliates interact with a system that looks and feels entirely like your brand.
The white-label option is available on the Business plan and above. It includes removal of Icodrip branding from the portal, email notifications, and the signup page. Combined with a custom domain, your affiliates may never know they are using Icodrip.
White-labeling is purely a visual change. All the underlying functionality remains the same — tracking, attribution, payouts, and reporting all work identically to a branded Icodrip portal.
Navigate to Settings > White Label in your dashboard. Toggle "Remove Icodrip Branding" to hide the Icodrip logo and "Powered by Icodrip" badge from all affiliate-facing pages.
This includes the portal header, footer, login page, signup page, and all transactional pages (password reset, email verification, etc.). The Icodrip name is replaced with your organization name throughout the interface.
Favicon and browser tab titles are also updated to use your brand assets. Upload a custom favicon (32x32 PNG) and set your preferred tab title in the white-label settings.
White-label mode extends to email communications. All emails sent to affiliates — invitation emails, payout notifications, monthly reports — are sent from your custom email address instead of noreply@icodrip.com.
To set up custom email sending, add your domain to the email settings and verify it with a DNS TXT record. Once verified, emails are sent from your-name@your-domain.com with your brand styling. You can customize the email header, footer, and accent colors.
Email templates use your logo, brand colors, and custom copy. You can preview each email template before activating it. Icodrip provides a set of default templates that you can modify — or you can start from scratch with a blank template.
Combine all white-label features for a completely seamless experience: custom domain for the portal URL, removed Icodrip branding, custom email templates, and your brand colors and logo throughout.
The result is an affiliate portal that is indistinguishable from an in-house solution. Your affiliates log in at affiliates.yourcompany.com, receive emails from your domain, and interact with an interface that matches your product's visual identity.
For the ultimate white-label experience, you can also use Icodrip's API to build a completely custom affiliate portal within your own application. The API provides all the data and functionality needed to create a bespoke experience while Icodrip handles the tracking, attribution, and payment infrastructure in the background.
