Learn how to recruit affiliates to your program through invitations, public signups, and application management.
The fastest way to get affiliates into your program is to send direct email invitations. Navigate to the Affiliates section and click "Invite Affiliate." Enter their email address and optionally customize the invitation message.
Icodrip sends a branded email with a unique signup link. When the affiliate clicks the link, they are taken to a registration page where they create their account and accept your program terms. Once registered, they immediately get access to their affiliate portal with tracking links and performance dashboards.
You can send bulk invitations by uploading a CSV file with email addresses. This is particularly useful when migrating from another affiliate platform or when you have an existing list of potential partners.
For programs that want to attract affiliates organically, Icodrip provides a public signup page. Enable it in your program settings and share the URL on your website, social media, or in your product.
The signup page displays your program's details — commission rates, cookie window, and any terms you have set. Potential affiliates can apply directly without needing an invitation. You can customize the page with your branding, add a custom welcome message, and include frequently asked questions.
The public signup URL follows the format: app.icodrip.com/join/your-org-slug. If you have configured a custom domain, it will use that instead.
You control how new affiliate applications are handled. With manual approval, each application lands in a queue for your review. You can see the applicant's email, website URL, social profiles, and any notes they provided. Approve or reject with a single click, and the applicant is notified automatically.
Auto-approve skips the review step entirely. As soon as someone signs up, they are granted affiliate status and can start promoting immediately. This is ideal for programs that want to minimize friction and grow their affiliate base quickly.
A middle ground is to use auto-approve with post-signup monitoring. Let everyone in, but review their activity in the first 30 days. You can always revoke affiliate status later if someone violates your terms or engages in fraudulent behavior.
The Affiliates dashboard gives you a complete view of all your partners. Filter by status (active, pending, suspended, rejected) to quickly find who you are looking for. Each affiliate profile shows their click count, conversions, revenue generated, and commission earned.
You can edit an affiliate's commission rate on a per-affiliate basis if you want to offer special terms to high-performing partners. Custom referral codes can also be assigned — for example, letting an influencer use their name as their tracking code instead of a random string.
For affiliates who violate your terms, you can suspend their account temporarily or reject them permanently. Suspended affiliates' tracking links stop working immediately, and any pending commissions can be held or voided at your discretion.
